How to Log In to Your TM15 Account

Getting back into your TM15 account is straightforward. Whether you're logging in from a browser on your laptop or from your phone while commuting in Quezon City, the process is the same — fast, secure, and hassle-free.

All you need is your registered username or mobile number and your password. Once you submit, you may be asked to verify your identity via a one-time password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number. This is part of TM15's standard account security, and it takes just a few seconds.

Step-by-Step Login Guide

Step 1 — Open TM15 on your browser or mobile app (available via the Download page).
Step 2 — Click the Login button at the top right of the navigation bar.
Step 3 — Enter your registered username or mobile number in the first field.
Step 4 — Type your password in the second field. Passwords are case-sensitive, so double-check your caps lock.
Step 5 — Tap Log In Now. If prompted, enter the OTP sent to your mobile number.
Step 6 — You're in. Head over to the Game Lobby or jump straight to the Casino or Sports section.

Common Login Issues

If you're having trouble getting in, here are the most common reasons and what to do:

Wrong password — Passwords are case-sensitive. Try typing it carefully before attempting again.
Forgot your password — Use the account recovery option on the Login page to reset it via your registered mobile number.
OTP not arriving — Check your signal. If it still doesn't come within 60 seconds, request a new OTP.
Account temporarily locked — After multiple failed attempts, accounts are locked briefly for your protection. Wait a few minutes or contact support.
Browser cache issues — Try clearing your browser cache or switching to a different browser if the page isn't loading properly.

Keeping Your Account Secure

Your TM15 account holds your balance, transaction history, and personal details — so keeping it secure is worth a few extra steps. Here's what we recommend:

Use a unique, strong password that you don't reuse on other sites.
Never share your login credentials with anyone, including people claiming to be TM15 staff.
Always log out when using a shared or public device.
Make sure your registered mobile number is active and accessible for OTP verification.
If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact the TM15 support team right away.

TM15 takes account security seriously. All login sessions are encrypted with SSL, and OTP-based verification adds a second layer of protection every time you sign in from an unrecognized device.
